List of Services & FAQ’s

Providing photographs to support the legal community is substantial part of our work.

We use high resolution camera equipment, color stable strobe lighting and measurement tools as required.

Quality photographs are used for product liability, bodily injury, property damage, defective workmanship, and medical malpractice cases.

Images are captured digitally, unless otherwise requested, to a ‘raw’ format. Images are not altered or edited, to assure a ‘fair and reasonably accurate representation of the subject portrayed’.

Do you offer other photography services beyond what’s mentioned above?

Yes, our photography experience is extensive. We’ll only take assignments where we can offer exceptional quality for a reasonable investment. Tell us about your specific image requirements and we’ll gladly provide information and suggestions.

How does your work compare with what can be captured with a good smartphone?

Smartphones have come a long way and are great for many daily photography needs.
The primary differences are:

Image resolution:
Most smartphones are 12 megapixel or less, with 8 or 10 bit color depth. Our medium format digital camera captures images at 102 megapixels with 16 bit color depth. The difference in quality and detail is substantial.

Lens perspective:
The wide angle lenses on smartphones offer a different perspective and size relationship compared to human vision. We primarily use lens focal lengths that render images similar to what a person sees.

Image Manipulation:
Smartphone software can alter photos of people to minimize blemishes and imperfections, this is undesirable when a true representation is needed. We shoot in ‘raw’ format, with a duplicate backup, to ensure the image is unaltered.
